Mark Richards is the Director and Responsible Individual for the organisation. Having worked within acquired brain injury services since 1997, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and leadership experience to the service. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting individuals to achieve the best possible outcomes. His extensive experience within the sector helps to ensure that the organisation maintains the highest standards of care, governance, and service delivery for the people it supports.

Jason Simms is the Registered Home Manager of Casey's Lodge and brings a wealth of experience in supporting adults with acquired brain injuries. His career in specialist neurological care began over 30 years ago when he joined the All Wales Neuropsychiatry Service at Whitchurch Hospital. During his 19 years there, Jason developed extensive knowledge and expertise in the care and rehabilitation of individuals with complex neurological conditions. In 2014, he joined Care4U, where he has continued to demonstrate his commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. As Registered Home Manager at Casey's Lodge, Jason provides strong leadership and guidance, ensuring residents receive the support they need to achieve the best possible outcomes.
